Terms and Conditions

  1. Reservation, Confirmation, Deposit, Balance:
    • To make a reservation, clients must contact Vietnamtravelers.com COMPANY LIMITED via email.
    • A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation to secure the booking.
    • The balance must be settled 45 days before the trip. Failure to do so may result in trip cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
    • Negotiations due to force majeure may lead to partial or full deposit refunds.
  2. Payment Methods:
    • Online Payment via Internet: Clients can pay securely online using Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or JCB cards through ONEPAY.
    • Cash Accepted: Euros, USD, VND (exchange rate based on VIETCOMBANK).
    • Bank Transfer: Clients can transfer funds to the specified account.

      Bank transfer: Clients can pay by bank transfer, bank fees will be paid by the client. In this case, clients transfer to the following account:

  • Credit Card Payment via POS Machine: Available for balance settlement on arrival (VND only).
  1. Cancellation Policy:
    • Clients must notify Vietnamtravelers.com immediately of any cancellations.
    • Penalties apply based on the time of cancellation:
      • 45 days before the trip: No charge
      • 44 – 31 days: 5% of total price
      • 30 – 21 days: 15% of total price
      • 20 – 11 days: 30% of total price
      • 10 – 7 days: 50% of total price
      • 6 – 2 days: 75% of total price
      • 1 – 0 day: 100% of total price
    • Force majeure cases are handled with flexibility.
    • Vietnamtravelers.com will assist in minimVietnamtravelers.comng cancellation fees due to force majeure.
  2. Modification:
    • Clients can request trip modifications with associated costs.
    • Vietnamtravelers.com reserves the right to modify services due to force majeure or safety reasons.
    • Unused services are not reimbursed.
  3. Clients’ Obligations and Insurance:
    • Pre-Trip Requirements: Clients must ensure their passports are valid for 6 months post-return, have at least 2 blank pages, and meet any visa requirements for Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar. Vietnamtravelers.com offers assistance with Vietnam visa applications.
    • Insurance: Travelers must have international travel insurance covering medical expenses and repatriation. This is typically available when purchasing international air tickets. Insurance details must be provided to Vietnamtravelers.com before the trip.
    • Adherence to Rules: Clients must follow all safety rules and guidelines provided by Vietnamtravelers.com’s tour guides or agents.
    • Assistance: Vietnamtravelers.com commits to providing necessary assistance in case of incidents covered by insurance, including help with local authorities and insurers.
  4. Limitation of Liability:
    • Service Provision: Vietnamtravelers.com is dedicated to delivering all agreed-upon services.
    • Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their actions outside the program’s scope or any legal violations in the host country.
    • Intermediary Role: Vietnamtravelers.com acts as an intermediary with service providers and ensures service quality but is not liable for the providers’ responsibilities.
    • Force Majeure: Vietnamtravelers.com is not accountable for events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or political unrest.
  5. Claims:
    • Clients must promptly report any service discrepancies or defects to Vietnamtravelers.com’s local guide or service providers. If unresolved, a written claim must be submitted within 21 days post-trip.
  6. Disputes, Law Application, and Jurisdiction:
    • In case of unresolved disputes, the “International Arbitration Center of Vietnam” under the “Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam” will have exclusive jurisdiction. The relationship between clients and Vietnamtravelers.com is governed by Vietnamese law.
    • As per the Vietnam tourism act of 2001, Vietnamtravelers.com has deposited a mandatory sum with the Vietnam National Bank to ensure client refunds in case of contractual breaches.
