Domestic Flights
- Airlines: We choose Vietnam Airlines for reliability, avoiding others prone to delays.
- Baggage Limits:
- Economy: 23 kg checked, 12 kg carry-on.
- Business: 32 kg checked, 18 kg carry-on.
- Infants: 10 kg plus a collapsible carriage.
- Size restrictions apply.
- Climate: Vietnam’s climate varies from north to south. The best travel times are:
- Sep-Dec: Good in the north, wet in the central, good in the south.
- Jan-Apr: Good overall, with some drizzle in the north.
- May-Aug: Mixed weather with rain in the north, good in central and south.
- Beaches: The south offers year-round warmth and sunny beach days.

- Homestay Comfort: Expect authentic experiences with basic amenities. Homestays are equipped with mattresses and hot water, ensuring a sanitary environment.
- Hair Dryers: Typically available in 3-star hotels and above in larger cities. Less common in local hotels and homestays, especially in northern mountainous areas.
- Self-Booking: Clients can book their own accommodations, and Vietnamtravelers.comTOUR will handle other services. It’s essential to communicate your plans with our travel consultants.
- Health Priority: We ensure all meals are healthy, tasty, and prepared with fresh local ingredients.
- Dietary Needs: We cater to specific dietary requirements upon prior notification.
- Meal Budget: Breakfast is included for small groups. Meal prices vary, with an average daily budget of 5 – 15 USD.
- Car Rentals: Renting a car without a driver is discouraged due to licensing and safety concerns.
- Free Days: Transportation is not included on free days labeled “FREE & EASY” or “NO GUIDE, NO CAR”.
- Vehicle Types: We provide a range of vehicles based on group size, from sedans to buses, ensuring comfort and luggage space.
- Cycling and Motorcycling: Tours are available for different skill levels, with alternatives for those who prefer not to ride.
- Train Comfort: Vietnam’s trains offer a unique experience with selected top-class sleeping cabins for long journeys.
- Motorcycle and Bike Rentals: Available in most big cities, except where prohibited.
- Train Travel: The colonial-era railway system offers a distinct travel experience, with recommended top-class cabins for overnight trips.
- Group Size: For groups under 15 people, there will be a local station tour guide at each destination. Clients are autonomous during flights or train rides, with local guides welcoming them at airports or stations.
- No Guides: It’s possible to travel without guides, accompanied only by our drivers. However, note that drivers have limited English or French proficiency, and interactions may be limited.
- Our tourist guides play a crucial role, and we’re meticulous in their selection.
- Criteria include university graduation, fluency in English or French, an international tourist guide license, excellent general knowledge, passion for travel, and responsibility.
- Client Modifications: Clients can request program modifications at any time. If new services incur extra costs, clients pay directly to Vietnamtravelers.comTOUR.com.
