Job Description

Analyze customer requests as directed by the Manager.
Advise on the most suitable tour plans for clients.
Engage with English-speaking clients to plan their holidays in Vietnam.
Design personalized tour programs and provide quotes based on client requests.
Manage the entire sales process and ensure client satisfaction.
Support clients before, during, and after their trip.
Report to the Sales Manager as needed.

Requirements

A university degree in tourism or language studies (English, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Korean, Japanese).
Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Ability to understand client and partner needs.
Proficiency with office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Team player with a spirit of collaboration.
A passion for travel is a plus.
Eager to learn, dynamic, enthusiastic, and responsible.
