Job Description
Applies to Online Sales Tour and Content Marketing roles across all markets.
Analyze customer requests as directed by the Sales Manager.
Advise clients on the most suitable tour plans and destinations.
Engage with international clients to plan their holidays in Vietnam.
Design personalized tour programs and provide quotes based on client requests.
Manage the entire sales process from enquiry through to trip completion.
Support clients before, during and after their trip.
Report to the Sales Manager as needed.

Requirements
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who share our passion for travel.
University degree in tourism, hospitality or language studies.
Proficiency in at least one: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Korean or Japanese.
Strong communication skills — listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Ability to understand and anticipate client and partner needs.
Confident with office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Team player with a collaborative spirit.
A genuine passion for travel is a plus.
Eager to learn, dynamic, enthusiastic and responsible.
