- Children 3-5 years old: A fee of 350,000 VND.
- Children 5-12 years old: A 40,000 VND discount on bay entry fees.
While swimming skills are helpful, it’s not mandatory. Life jackets are provided, and our crew is there to ensure your safety during all water activities.

Yes, we provide shuttle bus service from Hanoi’s Old Quarter to Cat Ba Island. Alternatively, you can arrange your own transport and meet us at Cai Beo Pier.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 1 week before the tour for a full refund. For cancellations within 1 week, a fee may apply.
