You can pay us through one of the following ways:

• Credit cards: credit card payment is completely secure on our website and can be made online long time in advance of your trip.

• Bank transfer: for large amount of money, you can request for bank transfer to avoid the transaction cost. Please email us for our bank details.

• Cash: you can pay us by cash – we will collect the cash at your hotel or preferred meeting place upon mutual agreement.

Note: Please kindly note that all bank card and fee are borne by payers. In an effort to keep the cost low for you we waive credit card fee (3%) for deposit for all bookings made directly online. For the balance, if the amount is more than 300 USD, a 3% card processing fee will be applied.

• The cruise typically lasts for about 6-8 hours, depending on the specific itinerary and weather conditions.

• Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-7 days in advance will incur a 50% fee. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 3 days before the cruise.

• The cruise is conducted on a modern, luxury boat equipped with comfortable indoor and outdoor seating areas, dining facilities, and safety equipment.

• The boat can comfortably accommodate up to 99 passengers, ensuring a spacious and enjoyable experience.

• Comfortable clothing, a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera, and swimwear (if you plan to swim or kayak). A light jacket is also recommended during cooler months

• Travel insurance is not included in the cruise package. We recommend purchasing travel insurance separately.
