35 deluxe cabins are distributed in 4 decks and categorized into 6 types namely Junior, Junior Premium, Senior, Senior Premium, Executive, and President Suite. All cabins are sizable at 23-60 square meters and include all modern facilities such as multi-air conditioning, satellite TV, en-suite luxury marble bathroom, ocean-view bathtub, minibar, etc.

Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:

The cancellation decision is made by the Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such a case, we will make alternative travel arrangements for you on request or offer a refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.

Children from 4-7 will pay an extra 50% of the adult rate. Children from 7 to 11 years old will pay an extra charge of 75% adult rate.

Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adults.

Shuttle bus: $40/person (adults and children round trip). Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House

Peak Season Surcharge: Surcharge 20% cruise rate for Lunar New Year (28, 29, 30/01/2025) (3 nights)

Booking Policy

More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge 

From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates 

From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates. 

Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates. 

No-Show: 100% of total rates.

Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email. Refunds will be processed between 5-7 business days.
