Immerse yourself in a delightful cooking class, learning how to prepare Hue's culinary specialties. After perfecting your skills, savor a delicious lunch prepared with fresh, local ingredients right in the village.
Post lunch, we journey to Thien Mu Pagoda, Hue's spiritual heart. Dating back to 1601, this pagoda boasts a majestic octagonal tower and offers stunning views of the Perfume River.
Our final stop is the mighty Hue Citadel, the sole remaining symbol of Vietnam's glorious imperial city. Inspired by the fortifications of Vauban, the citadel is divided into three sections: Kinh Thanh (Capital City), Hoang Thanh (Imperial City), and Cam Thanh (Forbidden City). Welcome to Hai Café at 98 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Hoi An, where you'll gather for the day's activities (please arrange your own transfer from the hotel). After a briefing, we'll cycle to Tra Que village to visit the traditional vegetable gardens tended by local villagers. Here, you'll handpick coriander and fresh mint for your dishes and savor local herbal drinks.
