La Casta Cruise includes 22 deluxe cabins where you can enjoy the chic design and full of modern amenities such as ocean-view window and balcony, ensuite bathroom with shower and tub, flat-screen TV, minibar, wardrobe, etc. Measuring 30 to 45 sqm, rooms are located from the 1st to the 3rd deck and categorized into 4 types which are Junior, Senior, Family Triple, and Vip Suite. No matter which room types you choose, La Casta promises a comfortable stay and every single need is cared for.

Apart from accommodation, La Casta enhances customer experience with an outdoor Jacuzzi pool on the third deck, a spa with a varied menu of beauty care and massage treatments, a restaurant & bar, themed parties, and more. Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:

The cancellation decision is made by the Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such a case, we will make alternative travel arrangements for you on request or offer a refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.

Children from 4 – 10 will pay an extra 75% of the adult rate. 

Children aged 11 and above must pay full fare as an adult.

Peak season surcharge: Surcharge of $40/person per night applies for travel date on 24th December and 31st December; $25/person for 30 Apr, 1 May, 2 Sep; and $15/person for Hung King Festival and Lunar New Year (28, 29, 30, 31/01/2025).

On the second day you will travel on a day boat and do not have access to the mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon (for 3 days/2 nights itinerary)

Booking Policy

More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge 

From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates 

From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates. 

Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates. 

No-Show: 100% of total rates.

Itinerary

Morning
For those who offer shuttle bus services, the transferred vehicle picks you up from Hanoi Old Quarter at around 8:30 -9:00. A 3-hour drive takes you to Halong Bay with a quick pit stop midway. From Tuan Chau Port, you will access La Casta Cruise by boat. After the check-in procedure, you enjoy the first lunch on La Casta Cruise while the cruise leaves the port and begins the exclusive adventure to incredible Halong Bay.

Afternoon
The ship drops anchor at Ba Trai Dao area. You will have around 1 hour for kayaking or swimming around this secluded area. If the weather does not permit, the trip will change to Dark - Bright cave for kayaking or taking a rowing boat. Back to the vessel and enjoy sunset party with Happy Hour - buy 2 get 1 free with some kinds of drinks. At 18:00, the chef guides you on how to make a Vietnamese traditional dish in the cooking demonstration.

Evening
Dinner is served in the restaurant. The rest of the evening is free time for entertainment. You can choose either to rejuvenate at the spa with relaxing natural treatments and massages or to play board games at the bar or fish squid on the boat. Overnight on the cruise.

Morning
Get up early for sunrise and try Taichi session on the top deck to refresh your body and enjoy the fresh air. Breakfast is ready at the restaurant with tea, coffee, and pastries. At 8:00, transferred to day boat to start the trip to farther part of Lan Ha Bay. Visit Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island. Discover the ancient village with rustic landscape by bike or electric car. Then, enjoy kayaking on a remote area before coming back to the day boat.

Afternoon
Lunch is served on the day boat. After resting for a while, you have around 1 hour to swim at Ba Trai Dao area before getting back to La Casta cruise. Enjoy sunset party with fresh fruit and tea. Free time until dinner.

Evening
Enjoy dinner then have free time to fish squid, book massage, or relax in the cabin. Overnight on the cruise.

Morning
Those who wake up early will have a chance to admire the speechless beauty of the sunrise over Lan Ha Bay or try Taichi session. Enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee would be the best way to start a new day on the cruise. Let the staff serve you a delicious breakfast before the cruise drifts you to Tra Bau, a charming attraction that is famous for its unspoiled beauty in Lan Ha Bay. You spend time swimming or kayaking and enjoying the untouched seascapes in the area. Afterward, you get back to the cruise and check out at 9:30. All will be served a sumptuous brunch while the cruise sets off to go back to the mainland. After disembarkation, you get on the shuttle bus for a return ride to Hanoi.
