Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
The cancellation decision is made by the Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such a case, we will make alternative travel arrangements for you on request or offer a refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
Children from 4 – 10 will pay an extra 85% of the adult rate.
Children aged 11 and above must pay full fare as an adult.
Peak season surcharge: Surcharge of $10 per person per night applies for peak season from 24.12.2024 to 5.1.2025 and on 24th December and 31st December, Lunar New Year (28, 29, 30, 31/01/2025)
On the second day you will travel on a day boat and do not have access to the mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon (for 3 days/2 nights itinerary)
