Including 19 deluxe cabins with either glass windows or a private balcony/terrace, Hera Classic Boutique guarantees an intimate space with a breathtaking view for all passengers. Cabins can accommodate singles, couples, triples, and families of 4 and include all amenities needed such as linen bedding, bathroom with shower, safe box, TV, air-con, etc.

Hera Classic Boutique focuses on Vietnamese cuisine with a variety of options. Guests can also make a request for their special diet such as vegan, gluten-free, non-seafood, etc. Drinks can be ordered from the bar with a wide list of wines, cocktails, soft drinks, long drinks, juice, smoothies,…

There are 2 day and 3 day itineraries available on Hera Classic Boutique. Guests are invited to join excursions to Titop Island, Luon Cave, and Sung Sot Cave in a 2 day itinerary. The 3 day itinerary boosts privacy and relaxation with attractions in the Lan Ha Bay area such as Dark-Bright Cave, Ba Trai Dao Beach, and Halong Pearl Farm. Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:

The cancellation decision is made by the Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such a case, we will make alternative travel arrangements for you on request or offer a refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

Return Hanoi: 2:30pm

The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.

Children from 4-10 will pay an extra charge 75% of the adult rate.

Children 11 and above must pay full fare as adults.

Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $35/person for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st 2024. Surcharge $20/person for Lunar New Year 2025 (28, 29, 30, 31/1/2025)

Shuttle bus: $30/ adult/ round trip. Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House

For 3 day/2 night itinerary: On the second day you will travel on a day boat and do not have access to the mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon.

Booking Policy

More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge 

From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates 

From 10 to 7 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates. 

Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates. 

No-Show: 100% of total rates.

Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email. Refunds will be processed between 5-7 business days.
