The boat sails on Bai Tu Long Bay with 2 day/1 night and 3 day/2 night programs with landmarks such as Cong Do and Vung Vieng floating fishing village. Taking a sampan boat rowed by a local or kayaking by yourself will be a must-try activity onboard. Besides, you may not want to miss the cooking class, Taichi session, or night squid fishing. Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
The cancellation decision is made by the Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such a case, we will make alternative travel arrangements for you on request or offer a refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
Children from 4-11 will pay an extra charge 75% of the adult rate.
Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adults.
Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $20 for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st 2024 and Lunar New Year 2025 (28, 29, 30, 31/1/2025).
Shuttle bus: $30/pax/round trip. Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House
On the second day you will travel on a day boat and do not have access to the mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon.

From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
From 10 to 7 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates.
Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
No-Show: 100% of total rates.
Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email. Refunds will be processed between 5-7 business days.
