Exploring Hoi An the peaceful land by cycling & walking
8:00 AM: Transfer from the hotel to the center of Hoi An. First visit Cam Pho - one of the most established public houses in Hoi An. It inherited the state of Chinese characters which implies the country for worshiping and exchanging business and social trade among area and Chinese, Japanese dealers.
Take a leisurely stroll to the Chua Cau, or Japanese Covered Bridge, which is the symbol of Hoi An. It was built in the 17th century to separate the Chinese neighborhoods from the Japanese quarter. Over 400 years, the bridge's original design has been meticulously preserved.
Walk through the town to the Quan Thang ancient house, which is one of the most authentic old houses in Hoi An. The lively and exquisite architecture and sculptures were created in the oriental style by artisans from the famous Kim Bong carpentry village. The house offers a decent look of Hoi A family's everyday existence.
Before taking the ferry across the Thu Bon river to Kim Bong village, the next stop is the Phuc Kien, or Fujian Assembly Hall. You'll be able to take in the tranquil atmosphere of the fresh air on the boat as well as the idyllic landscapes on both sides of the river.
This town has for quite some time been known for its wood cutting. Right away, the craftsmans acquired the procedures from the northern Vietnamese. They were later able to successfully adopt the techniques of Chinese and Japanese sculpture and cultivate their own style through business exchange.

8:00 AM: Start your day with a hotel pickup and set off on a scenic sea road trip toward Hue, with a picturesque detour through Da Nang. Your first stop is the Cham Museum, where you'll delve into the fascinating Cham culture through its renowned collection of artifacts. Next, head over to My Khe Beach, where you can soak in the beauty of the coastline and marvel at giant Goodness of Mercy statues at Linh Ung Pagoda. Capture the essence of local life with some candid photos of fishermen by the ocean, and then continue your journey along the stunning coastline toward Hue. Make sure to pause at the Hai Van Pass for breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and surrounding landscape.

Afterwards, take a short drive to Chau Tru Hill to explore Khai Dinh King’s Tomb. This grand mausoleum, constructed between 1920 and 1931, uniquely blends Eastern and Western architectural styles. Ascend the 100 steps to reach the opulent tomb, where you'll be greeted by stunning porcelain decorations, a grand ceiling mural, and a small collection of royal artifacts. The descent offers a sweeping view of the tomb and its serene surroundings.

At 8:00 AM., make your way to the Huong River—also known as the Perfume River—for a Royal boat trip to the villages to the east of the city. This is an amazing chance to find the neighborhood life on the two sides of this idyllic waterway. Disembark for a bike ride through three villages: Tien Non, Thanh Tien, and Sinh village when you get to Tien Non village. You will be immersed in the daily routine of the villages during the trip.
In Tien Non town, meet the locals chipping away at the fields and vegetable nurseries. Then, visit a family love house in the town. Then, arrive at Thanh Tien town, a counterfeit paper blossom town going back 400 years. In addition to the rural works, they make paper flowers for the New Year's celebration to wish their ancestors well. Go to Mr. Hieu's family, one of the notable craftsmans in the town to figure out how to make paper blossoms under his guidance. Continue on to Sinh village, Hue's cradle of 400-year-old folkloric prints. Meet Mr. Phuoc who will make sense of the methods of conventional prints. On this trip, you'll find lovely mementos to take home. Later, return to the city by boat.
In the early evening, visit the main locales in city - Hue Citadel, the main remnant image for what was once the magnificent city of Vietnam. It is roused by the fortress of Vauban. Kinh Thanh, the capital city, Hoang Thanh, the imperial city, and Cam Thanh, the forbidding city, make up the city. The flag tower, the South Gate, the Palace of supreme Harmony, the Dynasty temple area, and the settlement area are some of Hue's most stunning landmarks.

7:30 AM: After breakfast at the hotel, travel to Quang Binh province, the narrowest part of Vietnam and famous for the Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park, listed as the World Heritage in 2003. Covering 85,754 ha of outstanding geological and ecological value, the site will let you immerse into sumptuous landscape of karst plateaus and rainforests by surveying its spectacular underground caves and rivers and discovering its abundance of endemic species.
On the way, stop to visit the well-known 17th Parallel. According to the agreement of Geneva, this historical site was the border of the Communist in the North and the Non Communist in the South of Vietnam. Visit the museum, flag tower, the Ben Hai River and the Hien Luong Bridge to learn more about the special history of this land.
Continue to the famous Vinh Moc Tunnel. Local people dug in 2 years (1965 - 1967) to create the system of 1.7 km long and 10 to 23 m deep tunnel which was used as bomb shelter during the Vietnam War. The site is evidence for the heroism of the Vietnamese people.
Arrival in Phong Nha national park around 3 PM, have a boat trip to explore Phong Nha Cave.
Discovered in 1994, this famous cave is well-known for its underground river and its system of fantastic stalactites and stalagmites. From the pier, you take the boat following the Son River to the gigantic gate of the grotto. Enjoy a leisure walk to admire the natural masterpieces by crossing some secret corners: Bi Ki Cave, Celestial Palace.
