Welcome to Hanoi, enjoy a walking tour in the old quarter
Landing at the Noi Bai airport, you are welcomed by professional tour guide and driver at the pickup lobby. Enjoy 45-minute driving to the city center (Hanoi Old Quarter) with city's briefing information about the most visited spots, culture, traffic and cuisine....Arrive in your hotel, check in and have a rest.

Later, enjoy a nice walking tour escorted by your tour guide. Start with a small pagoda named Ba Da quietly located in a small alley - only few steps from the Hanoi Great Cathedral, built by French colonialism since the 19th century. Your tour guide also takes you to typical streets of Hanoi such as Lan Ong Street selling traditional medicine, Lo Ren Street where metal items are produced ... Stop to visit the Dong Xuan central market - the largest in Hanoi. Continue walking to the famous area for night activities and street food - Ta Hien street, where you can see the vibrant streets with a lot of the amazing local foods and drinks. Your next stop is the Ethnology Museum (closed on Mondays), which offers a comprehensive view of Vietnamese culture through displays of traditional clothing, tools, musical instruments, and ethnic houses. Expect to spend about two hours here.
In the afternoon, wander through the French Quarter, Hanoi’s “little Paris,” characterized by its tree-lined avenues, government offices, and a large square. Visit Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum from the outside, then enjoy a leisurely walk in the botanical gardens to see the Presidential Palace and Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts, his former residence and workplace. You'll also visit the One-Pillar Pagoda, a significant symbol of the city. The exploration of this area will take approximately 1 to 2 hours, depending on your group size.

In Tien Non village, interact with locals working in the fields and visit a family worship house. In the afternoon, visit Thien Mu Pagoda, one of Hue’s most ancient pagodas, built in 1601. Enjoy the majestic view of the Perfume River and the pagoda’s iconic octagonal tower.
Then, explore the Hue Citadel, a historical fortress that was once the imperial city of Vietnam. The Citadel, inspired by the fortifications of Vauban, is divided into three main sections: Kinh Thanh (Capital City), Hoang Thanh (Imperial City), and Cam Thanh (Forbidden City). Continue your journey to Hoi An via the Mandarin Road and Hai Van Pass (Sea Cloud Pass). Stop at the pass to take in the stunning views of the ocean and Da Nang city. In Da Nang, visit the Cham Museum, which houses one of the world's most comprehensive Cham culture collections. On arrival at Hung Vuong pier, enjoy a boat trip on the Ben Tre River to experience local life. Continue the boat trip along a canal to Nhon Thanh Village, where you can taste fresh fruits. Explore the village further with a bike ride or tuk tuk along small paths, offering views of coconut plantations, rice fields, and vegetable gardens.
Lunch will consist of elephant ear fish in the village. A brief walk will provide a deeper insight into local life. Then, take a boat ride along a small canal shaded by wild palms. After leaving Ben Tre, transfer for one hour to Cai Lay. You’ll be greeted warmly by your homestay host and will get involved in making Banh Xeo Nam Bo, a traditional regional dish.
