Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
The cancellation decision is made by the Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such a case, we will make alternative travel arrangements for you on request or offer a refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

A child from 4 to 11,99-years-old pays 75% of the adult rate (sharing) if sharing a cabin with one adult (using the existing bed).
Children aged 12 and above must pay full fare as an adult.
Admission fee: Admission fee: A mandatory surcharge of 35 USD per person applies for the 1-Night itinerary; and 44 USD per person applies for the 2-Night itinerary. If not otherwise stated, surcharge applies for cruise-only or (package) tour bookings including a Halong Bay cruise. Entrance fees are subject to change without prior notice.
Peak season surcharge: Peak Season Surcharge: Surcharge of 50 USD per adult and 25 USD per child applies for cruise (or tour) bookings on Christmas Eve (24 December) & New Year’s Eve (31 December).
