Overview
Designed in neoclassical style, 18 cabins bring modernity but no shortage of traditional features to create a comfortable and luxurious but intimate space. You can find an ensuite bathroom with an ocean-view jacuzzi tub and a private balcony in each room. Amenities are fully equipped and the staff is always willing to assist you at any time onboard. Around 28 to 64 square meters large, rooms on Hermes Cruise are designed to accommodate solo travelers, couples, 3-adult groups, and families with kids.
Hermes Cruise sets sail on Halong Bay and stops by the highlights of the Heritage site such as Surprise Cave, Titop Island, Trong Cave, Dong Tien Lake, Me Cung Cave, and pearl farm village. Visitors can opt for a 2 day/1 night and 3 day/2 night programs and take part in a bunch of other activities onboard namely cooking class, Taichi, Happy Hour, squid fishing, etc.

Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
The cancellation decision is made by the Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such a case, we will make alternative travel arrangements for you on request or offer a refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
From 10 to 7 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates.
Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
No-Show: 100% of total rates.
Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email. Refunds will be processed between 5-7 business days.

Check out: 11:30am
Return Hanoi: 3:00pm
The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
Children from 4-11 will pay an extra charge 75% of the adult rate.
Children 11 and above must pay full fare as adults.
Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $50/adult and $40/child for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st 2024
On the second day you will travel on a day boat and do not have access to the mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon.
