Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
The cancellation decision is made by the Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such a case, we will make alternative travel arrangements for you on request or offer a refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.?
Children from 4-11 will pay an extra charge 75% of the adult rate. Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adults.
An extra charge of USD 25.00 per extra bed if required to set up in the cabin for 02 days/1night program or USD 50.00 per extra bed for 03 days/2 nights program
Peak season surcharge : Surcharge $40/adult and $15/child if guests stay on board on 24/12 and/or 31/12/2024 and/or Lunar New Year (28, 29, 30, 31/1/2025)
Shuttle bus : $30 per person per round trip. Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House

From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
No-Show: 100% of total rates.
Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email. Refunds will be processed between 5-7 business days.
