Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
The cancellation decision is made by the Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such a case, we will make alternative travel arrangements for you on request or offer a refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
Children from 4-10 will pay an extra charge 75% of the adult rate.
Children 11 and above must pay full fare as adults.
Peak season surcharge : Surcharge of $40/person per night applies for travel date on 24th December and 31st December; $25/person for 30 Apr, 1 May, 2 Sep; and $15/person for Hung King Festival and Lunar New Year (28, 29, 30, 31/01/2025).
Shuttle bus: $30/person (adults and children round trip). Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House

From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
No-Show: 100% of total rates.
