Greetings from Hanoi. Take a stroll around the Old Quarter.

When you arrive at the Noi Bai airport, a knowledgeable tour guide and driver greet you in the pickup lobby. Enjoy a 45-minute drive to the Old Quarter in the heart of Hanoi while learning about the city's top attractions, customs, traffic, and food.When you go to your hotel, check in and then unwind.

Note: The hotel checks you in at 14.00.

As the day goes on, your tour guide will accompany you on a stroll around the serene Hoan Kiem Lake to the Opera House, with stops at the Vietnamese Government Guest House, the Sofitel Metropole Hanoi, and the monument of King Ly Thai To. Return to the Old Town by foot, explore a few of the main streets, and then head back to your accommodation.

Option: The walking tour will be shifted to the day of the city tour if your flight arrives late or if you are experiencing jet lag after a lengthy travel.

Discover the Old and French Quarters of Hanoi, the Red River, the Long Bien bridge, the backstreets, and the real food.

8:00 A.M. After a safety briefing in the hotel lobby, our driver and guide will meet you and start our trip!

During the first leg of the trip, we give you an insider's look at the real Hanoi by showing you around the city's lesser-known neighborhoods, local homes, schools, random markets, and black market. You'll also get to see how and where the people live, work, and play.

The second portion of the tour passes by and stops at some of our lovely city's must-see locations, like the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, which is known as the Vietnamese equivalent of the Mecca; the 1000-year-old Taoist and Buddhist Temples of Tran Quoc; the Temple of Literature; the historical training track; the charming French Quarter; the busy Old Quarter; the picturesque lakes of Hoan Kiem and West Lake; the Hanoi Opera House; and the well-known Long Bien bridge, among other locations.

In order to further your understanding of the disparity in the quality of life between the city center and its outskirts, we also take you to the serene and charming outlying towns around West Lake and Truc Bach Lake on the third leg of the tour.

Finally, but just as importantly, you will make stops at several real restaurants, cafes, and food stands along the way to sample some of the most delicious Hanoi cuisine, including specialties and family-heirloom recipes.

After the tour, return to your accommodation.

Note: At 1:30 PM, there is an afternoon tour available. The night and sunset tour begins at 17:00 PM. The tour lasts for 4.5 hours. Sunscreen, sunglasses, sandals or walking shoes are items to include.

See Muong village, take in the breathtaking views from Thung Khe Pass, learn about Thai culture in Mai Hich, and spend the night in a homestay

8:00 AM: Arrive at Mai Chau and meet the driver and tour leader. Visit a Muong village en route. Proceed to Thung Khe Pass, where you'll find breathtaking sweeping views of the valley, and eventually arrive in Mai Chau town. The stunning valley of Mai Chau is situated 145 kilometers from Hanoi. It's a beautiful area with serene scenery, verdant mountain ranges, rice terraces, and White Thai traditional villages.

After arriving in Mai Hich village, check into your lodging and have lunch. In the afternoon, stroll along the concrete roads and paths or explore Mai Hich by bike (optional). The towns, rice fields, mountains, and streams all blend harmoniously to create breathtaking scenery that will entice you. Don't pass up the chance to interact with the welcoming locals who would be happy to have you over for a cup of tea at their home. Arrive back at your lodging in the late afternoon.

Genuine culture of the Thai people and beautiful scenery in the villages of Mai Hich, Xam Khoe, and Buoc.

After eating breakfast, take a car to Xam Khoe. Stop by the town market to get a glimpse of the minority Kinh, or Thai people, who come to trade handicrafts and agricultural products including fish, vegetables, poultry, ducks, and pigs. Proceed on your hike alongside the Ma River, past tiny settlements and rice fields until arriving to Buoc village, a Thai community that is yet undiscovered by tourists.

Savor the balance of the rich human civilization and the splendor of nature. Meet and converse with amiable Thai folks while you stroll; they will always be happy to extend an invitation for you to visit their homes. After, have lunch after being picked up by the driver at the Cun Pheo People's Committee.

Walking time and distance: 3 hours and 12 kilometers.

In the late afternoon, return by car to Hanoi. End of services, check-in at the hotel.

Proceeding to Bai Tu Long Bay, stopping by the fishing town of Vung Vieng, then swimming and tanning at Ban Chan beach.

8:00 A.M. Pickup at your accommodation (located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi). Take pleasure in a three-hour journey to Bai Tu Long Bay from Hanoi. The Red River Delta's chain of communities and rice paddies will pass by on your travels. Stop and get a drink and use the restroom. Proceed with your drive, reach the harbor around midday, and get a hearty greeting at the cruise reception.

Between 7:30 and 8:30, either at our shuttle bus stop (for a shared transfer) or at your hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, our driver will come to pick you up. We're going to Halong City.

Arrival at Sunworld Harbor at 12:15. After a little period of relaxation, you'll join the Garden Bay Classic Cruise.

12:30: Take a tender (5–10 minutes) to the Garden Bay Classic Cruise Boat. After enjoying the warmest welcome beverages and hearing the safety briefing, check into your cabin.

13:00: Savor a mouthwatering Vietnamese set menu as our boat sails slowly into the center of Bai Tu Long Bay, near Cap La.

15:30: Set out on a kayaking excursion to see the magnificent limestone islets and islands. Additionally, you may rest, sunbathe, and go swimming.

17:30: While the boat travels to the Cong Do region to anchor for the evening, join the Sunset Party on the Sundeck (happy hour is offered from 5:30 to 7:30 pm).

18:30: Take part in a cooking workshop to learn how to prepare authentic Vietnamese food.

19:30: Savor a delectable barbecue meal on the Sundeck (offered only in October).

21:00: Enjoy some free time to unwind on the sundeck or go squid fishing. There are also board games available.

Finding the enchanting Thien Canh Son Cave, using a different cruise route, returning to Hanoi, departing at 06:30 Get up early in order to practice Tai Chi.

07:00: Enjoy a small Western-style breakfast as the boat sails into Ha Long Bay's most picturesque fishing community.

07:30: Take a tender to the fishing village of Vung Vieng.

08:00: Take a ride on the rowing boat, which is rowed by the local fishermen, to discover the fishing community of Vung Vieng and gain insight into its way of life.

09:00: Take a separate path back to the harbor and rejoin the main boat.

09:30: End of stay.

10:00: Enjoy a Fusion-style lunch while on board.

11:00: At Sunworld Harbor, disembark. You will be picked up by our driver at the port and driven back to Hanoi. Arrival in Hanoi is anticipated at about 3:00 PM.

After being greeted by the driver at the harbor, return to Hanoi with pleasure. Stop in the midst to take a break. Deliver to your accommodation (located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi).

Upon your request, a private driver will pick you up from the hotel lobby in the Hanoi Old Quarter and transport you to Noi Bai airport, either the international or domestic hall, in around 45 minutes. We appreciate you coming to our city.

Note: For domestic flights, you must arrive at the airport two hours prior to departure time, and for international flights, three hours.
