Day 1 :
Hoi An - Immersive Hoi An Countryside Exploration: Fish Markets, Local Crafts, and Culinary Delights

Early Afternoon
Depart from your hotel in Hoi An and head west along the Thu Bon River. Make your first stop at a lively local fish market, then continue into the lush countryside rich with rice paddies and local villages. Visit a family producing traditional rice crackers and learn about their craft.

Mid-Afternoon
Cross the Thu Bon River and journey through quiet villages into beautiful farmlands. Take a break to enjoy local specialties surrounded by fields of seasonal vegetables like corn, eggplants, sweet potatoes, cucumbers, and herbs.

Late Afternoon
As the sun begins to set, travel through the rice paddies, pass duck farms, and visit a local mat-weaving family. Ride past prawn farms and over the river to a charming family home where they produce potent local rice wine. Conclude with a short ride over the Cam Kim Bridge back into Hoi An, with the sun setting on this heritage town.
