Cuc Phuong National Park Tour – 01 Day

Morning:
◾ Depart from your hotel for a 2.5-hour drive to Cuc Phuong National Park. Located southwest of Hanoi, Cuc Phuong was established in 1960 as Vietnam’s first nature reserve. This tropical rainforest is home to an incredibly rich and diverse array of flora and fauna.
◾ Arrival and Trekking: Upon arrival, embark on a delightful 3-4 hour trek through the lush tropical jungle. Enjoy the stunning landscapes, pristine limestone mountains, and lush valleys. Take a break at a giant ancient tree halfway through the trek.
Midday:
◾ Lunch: Enjoy a delicious lunch at the house-on-stilts at Bong center before heading back to the main gate.
Afternoon:
◾ Short Trek and Cave Visit: Take a short trek to explore the Cave of Early Man, a fascinating site with historical significance.
◾ Endangered Primate & Turtle Rescue Centre: Visit the Endangered Primate Rescue Centre, where rare primates of Vietnam are reared and rescued. Continue to the turtle house project to learn about efforts to protect these incredible creatures.
Late Afternoon:
◾ Return to Hanoi: Drive back to Hanoi, arriving around 6:00 PM. End of the tour.
◾ Note: Trekking shoes and insect repellent are recommended.
