In the village, you can have lunch. Drive to the Thien Mu Pagoda, one of Hue's oldest pagodas, in the afternoon. It was built in 1601. This is the otherworldly feature of the city and notable for its superb octagon tower and delightful perspective on the Aroma Waterway.
Transfer back to the city center after that for a visit to the city's most important landmarks, including the Hue Citadel, Vietnam's only remaining imperial city symbol.
