Explore Bac Son Valley: Tea Plantation, Biking, and Tay Family Homestay
Early Morning
Depart for Bac Son via Thai Nguyen on the new freeway, passing through the tranquil countryside of North Vietnam with rice fields and tea plantations. Enjoy a tea break to sample some of Vietnam's finest tea.
Mid-Morning
Continue your journey to Dang Mo Waterfall in Gia Binh. Enjoy a local cuisine lunch and explore the waterfall, with swimming available during the summer.
Early Afternoon
Drive to Quynh Son village and receive a warm welcome at your Tay family homestay. After a rest, take a stroll or bike ride through the rice fields and Tay ethnic villages nestled in the beautiful Bac Son valley.
Late Afternoon
Return to the homestay to relax and enjoy a dinner prepared by your host.

Enjoy a local breakfast with your host family at the long house. Then, take a short walk (approximately 1km) from the village to Na Lay Mountain. Begin a gentle hike up the mountain, climbing around 1,200 steps (some steps may be slippery if it’s raining). As you ascend, the view transforms with each step, culminating in a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire valley from the peak. Take your time to capture stunning photos and soak in the scenery.
Mid-Morning
Return to your homestay and spend additional time exploring the Tay village, either on foot or by bike. Engage with the friendly local people, who warmly welcome visitors with traditional tea and are always happy to take pictures with you.
Early Afternoon
Enjoy a delicious lunch featuring authentic local cuisine before beginning your transfer back to Hanoi. Arrive and check in at your hotel.
