Meet your tour guide and driver, then depart for Mai Chau. Your first stop is a visit to a Muong village, where you can learn about the daily life and culture of the Muong people.
Thung Khe Pass: Continue your journey to Thung Khe Pass, where you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the valley. This scenic stop is perfect for capturing breathtaking photos before arriving in Mai Chau town.
Midday:
Mai Chau Arrival: Arrive in the beautiful valley of Mai Chau, located 145 km from Hanoi. This area is known for its harmonious landscapes, green mountain ranges, rice terraces, and White Thai ethnic villages.
Mai Hich Village: Check into your accommodation in Mai Hich and enjoy a delicious lunch cooked by your host.

Afternoon:

Explore Mai Hich: After lunch, set out to explore Mai Hich by bike (optional) or walk along the trails and concrete roads. Be captivated by the gorgeous landscapes where villages, rice fields, mountains, and streams blend in perfect harmony. Take the opportunity to communicate with the friendly local people, who are always happy to welcome you into their homes for a cup of tea.
Late Afternoon:
Return to Accommodation: After a day of exploration, return to your accommodation in the late afternoon.

Evening:

Chieng Lau Discovery: Head to Chieng Lau, a picturesque area renowned for its lush rice fields and bamboo water wheels.

Morning:

Mid-Morning:

Van Long Nature Reserve: Take a sampan boat trip along the stream and among the limestone mountains to discover the beauty of Van Long Nature Reserve. If you're lucky, you might spot white monkeys and egrets on the cliffs.

Afternoon:

Embroidery Village: After the boat trip, visit an embroidery village and participate in an embroidery course under the instruction of local craftswoman, Mrs. Lam. She will proudly explain the techniques of her traditional craft, giving you a chance to practice on fabric like a real artisan.
Return to Homestay: Return your bike to the homestay and bid farewell to your host.

Late Afternoon:

Journey Back to Hanoi: Head from Ninh Binh to Hanoi, soaking in the scenic beauty as you traverse the Red River Delta. Enjoy plenty of photo opportunities amidst the lush rice fields and tranquil countryside along the way.
