– Cash: Cash payments are accepted at both our Hanoi office and your Hanoi hotel.

Please email a cancellation request if you need to cancel a reservation. Phone cancellations are not accepted. Please carefully review each program’s cancelation policy. We also make it very apparent when cancellations will occur and how much they will cost.

After your booking is complete, you will be contacted to inquire about your hotel and duration of stay in Hanoi. This will allow our tour guide to arrange for your pickup ahead of time. Please be aware that there may be a pick-up fee if your hotel or place of stay is too distant from the Old Quarter.

Don’t worry, kids are welcome to accompany us on the trip. The walking portion is not too tough; the distances between each stop are manageable, and we’ll do all in our power to keep your kids from getting tired of walking. On the other side, Hanoi cuisine is much simpler for kids to eat as it tastes extremely mild and well-balanced and is never overly hot or sour. Additionally, your kids will love the greatest ice cream store in town that we know of.

We know that sharing a meal with others is frequently the greatest way to enjoy a social excursion, therefore we make sure that every tour has small, intimate groups to perfectly capture that atmosphere. Our group size will seldom exceed 7 persons because some of the buildings we visit are incredibly old and can only hold small groups.

We are always willing to assist you all if your group wishes to join us and consists of more than six people. However, if your party consists of more than eight persons, it must split up into two smaller groups because some locations (because to their tiny size) cannot accommodate all of you at once.

If it doesn’t rain a lot, our tours continue. When tropical storms are expected in the summer, we will notify you ahead of time about any changes to the itinerary.

All of the restaurants we choose have a food hygiene and safety certificate from the Department of Food Hygiene and Safety – Ministry of Health, and we have worked with thousands of international guests, so they are all safe.
