• Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
• The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

Booking Policy

• More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
• From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
• From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
• Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates.
• Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.

Cruising Policy

• Check in on board: 12:30pm
• Check out: 11:45am
• Return Hanoi: 2:30-3:00pm
• The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
• Children from 4-11 will pay extra charge 75% of adult rate.
• Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adult.
• Holiday Surcharge:  Surcharge 15% of booking for stay from 28, 29, 30 April and 01, 02 Sep 2024
• Christmas + New Year Eve + New Year:  Surcharge $85/adult and $40/child for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on 24/12, 25/12, 31/12/2024, and 01/01/2025
• Lunar New Year Surcharge:  Surcharge 20% of booking for during Tet holiday 2025 (28 Jan – 3 Feb 2025)
• Shuttle bus:   $35/person (adults and children round trip). Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House
