Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:

The cancellation decision is made by the Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such a case, we will make alternative travel arrangements for you on request or offer a refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge

From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates

From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.

Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.

No-Show: 100% of total rates.

Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email. Refunds will be processed between 5-7 business days.

Day 1 :

Hanoi - Halong Bay

Morning: Arrive Tuan Chau Wharf at noon and transfer to the vessel. Afternoon: After listening to safety instruction and room check-in, come back to the dining room for tasty Vietnamese lunch while the ship is sailing deeper into the bay. The first destination of the journey is Pearl Farm, where you can go kayaking and admire the peaceful bay. We later move to Surprise Cave - the largest and most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. Return to the vessel, take a bath and refreshment. You can join the cooking demonstration on the sundeck, grab some drinks at Happy Hour (buy 2 get 1) and watch the stunning sunset. Evening: The dinner is ready by 7:30 PM with Vietnamese and fusion Set dinner menu. For the rest of the night, you may either have a refined drink at the onboard bar or take part in team building activities with your family or friends. If weather allows, you can join in our exciting squid fishing time. Meals included: Lunch, Dinner

Day 2 :

Ba Trai Dao - Bright Cave - Me Cung Cave

Morning: The second day starts with a morning Tai Chi class on the sundeck. Then, take a cup of coffee or tea with your breakfast to have full energy for another inspiring day. Transfer to a day boat and delve into pristine Lan Ha Bay. Stop at Bright and Dark Cave areas for kayaking in an hour and a half. Back to the boat and enjoy lunch on the day boat. Afternoon: The second stop is Ba Trai Dao beaches (Three Peaches beaches). Feel free to jump into the crystal clear water or relax on the beach for over 1 hour. Later, visit Me Cung Cave - one of the most historical caves in Halong Bay. Back to Mila Cruise at around 15:30. Enjoy sunset party with Happy Hour or join cooking demonstration. Evening: Savor set menu dinner. Free time with squid fishing, watching TV, or booking a massage service. Overnight onboard. Meals included: 3

Day 3 :

Halong Bay - Hanoi

Morning: Get up early to catch the first light of the sun rising over the bay and take part in Tai Chi class on the sundeck. After charging yourself full of energy with the light breakfast, our cruise continues to Titop Island where you can swim at the sandy beach or climb to the top of the mountain and witness a 360-degree view of the bay. Enjoy the farewell party while the ship is moving back to Halong. Arrive at the pier by noon and get on our bus for the way back to Hanoi. Meals included: 1
