Overview
All suites and cabins in Oasis Bay Cruise are designed following the international 4-star standards. Featuring the area of 16 – 26 square meters, the suites and cabins are suitable for both individuals but families and groups of friends. Along with contemporary facilities, Oasis Bay has a professional team of young, hospitable, and passionate staff who are always happy to serve you.
Note: This cruise is designated for younger travelers and enjoy party-related activities. The cruise does not receive families with children.

Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
The cancellation decision is made by the Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such a case, we will make alternative travel arrangements for you on request or offer a refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

Children under 4 years old sharing the full price cabin with adults: Free of charge (Free Baby Cot – Subject to the availability) – Limited to 1 child / 1 cabin.
Children from 4 to 11 years old sharing the double/ twin cabin with 1 adult or sharing the triple cabin with 2 adults are charged 75% adult.
Two children stay in a separated double/ twin cabin are charged 75% adult/ each
Children from 12 years old will be charged as adults
1 child from 4 to 11 years old stays in a separate single cabin and is charged 75% of a full price single cabin.
Surcharge ( applied for all tour ): 25 USD/ pax/ night for Christmas Eve on Dec 24th, New Year’s Eve on Dec 31st 2024, and Lunar New Year (28, 29, 30, 31/01/2025)
Booking policy
More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
No-Show: 100% of total rates.
Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.
