Sailing in Halong Bay since 2007, Halong Oriental Sail Cruises is always one of the most favorite choices of travelers when they want to experience a value trip to Halong Bay. There are 2 vessels: 18 cabins and 8 cabins each with its own charm. All cabins are fully equipped and able to be connected in case you travel with your family or in a group. Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
The cancellation decision is made by the Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such a case, we will make alternative travel arrangements for you on request or offer a refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
Children from 4-11 will pay an extra charge 75% of the adult rate. Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adults.
Peak season surcharge : Surcharge $30/person for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st.
Shuttle bus : $10/ adult and $5/ child round trip. Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House

More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
No-Show: 100% of total rates.
Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email. Refunds will be processed between 5-7 business days.
