Overview

17 cabins of Paradise Cruise are divided into three classes Superior, Deluxe and Suites, all are of state-of-the art facility and service provided, with central air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom and private balconies and heavenly-soft bed with wide open view to Halong Bay.

Passengers on Paradise Cruise may also experience a number of exciting on-board activities: Beauty Spa and Massage; free swimming, kayaking and snorkeling plus all the equipment one may need and an interesting itinerary to explore the breathtaking beauty of Halong Bay. The cruise may last from 2-3 days depending on your demand.

Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:

The cancellation decision is made by the Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such a case, we will make alternative travel arrangements for you on request or offer a refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

Cruising Policy

Check in on board: 12:30pm

Check out:  11:30am -12:00pm

Return Hanoi: 3pm

The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.

Children from 4-11 will pay an extra charge 75% of the adult rate.

Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adults.

Peak Season Surcharge : Surcharge $50/adult and $35/child if guests stay on board on 24/12 and/or 31/12

Booking Policy

More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge 

From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates 

From 10 to 7 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates. 

Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates. 

No-Show: 100% of total rates.

Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email. Refunds will be processed between 5-7 business days.
