Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:

The cancellation decision is made by the Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such a case, we will make alternative travel arrangements for you on request or offer a refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

Booking Policy

More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge 

From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates 

From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates. 

Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates. 

No-Show: 100% of total rates.

Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email. Refunds will be processed between 5-7 business days.

Arrival time in Hanoi: 2:30 – 3:00 pm

Children under 4 years sharing fully paid cabins with parents: No additional charge, limited to one child per cabin.

Child from 4 to 11 sharing fully paid cabin with parents: Charge 75%, limited to one child per cabin

Child from 12 and above are charged as adult

Shuttle bus : $30/person/round trip, pick up and drop off from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter only by luxury limousine car

Peak season surcharge: $35/person on 24 and 31 December, $20/person on 30 th April, 1 st May, 2nd Sep, New Year Eve and Lunar New Year (28, 29, 30, 31/01/2025)
