Next, take a leisurely walk along the picturesque paths surrounding West Lake before heading to the Temple of Literature. This historic site, Vietnam's first national university, is a UNESCO World Heritage site and provides fascinating insights into the country's educational history and architectural grandeur.
After visiting the Temple of Literature, proceed to the Hoa Lo Prison Museum, also known as the Hanoi Hilton. This museum offers a deep dive into Vietnam’s history during the French colonial period and the Vietnam War, providing a sobering yet important perspective on the country's past.

This dish features grilled minced pork and pork belly served in a savory broth with rice vermicelli and fresh herbs, accompanied by crispy spring rolls.
