Enjoy breakfast at your homestay before embarking on a bike ride (1-1.5 hours) from Dong Hoa to Tam Binh. The route takes you through gardens of durians, sapotas, and longans, and provides opportunities to interact with local villagers. Visit a local market to see a variety of regional goods.

Return to the homestay for a refreshing break. For an extended option, take a one-hour walk along a picturesque trail with a local guide, then cycle to Ngu Hiep Island, known for its rich, fertile gardens created by the Mekong River's alluvial deposits. If you prefer not to bike, ask your tour guide to arrange a motorbike for you.

In the afternoon, transfer to Long Xuyen with a stop at Sa Dec. Here, explore Kien An Cung Pagoda and the historic Huynh Thuy Le’s house, highlighted in Marguerite Duras's L’Amant – The Lover. Discover the local market's array of fresh produce and seafood. Continue to Long Xuyen, where you’ll visit a Cao Dai temple and a crocodile farm. Spend the night at a Long Xuyen hotel.
