Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
The cancellation decision is made by the Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such a case, we will make alternative travel arrangements for you on request or offer a refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
From 10 to 7 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates.
Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
No-Show: 100% of total rates.
Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email. Refunds will be processed between 5-7 business days.
Cruising Policy
Children less than 4 years of age are FOC, sharing a room with parents
Children from 4 to 10 years of age are charged 75%, sharing a twin room
Children from 11 years of age and above are charged as adult
The rate for children applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults on mattress
Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $40/adult and $30/child for Gala dinner applies if guests stay overnight on December 24th and/or December 31st 2024
