Morning:
◾ Meet your tour guide and driver, then depart for Mai Chau. Your first stop is a visit to a Muong village, where you can get a glimpse of the daily life and culture of the Muong people.
◾ Thung Khe Pass: Continue your journey to Thung Khe Pass, where you'll be treated to magnificent panoramic views of the valley below. This scenic stop is perfect for capturing breathtaking photos before arriving in Mai Chau town.
Mid-Morning:
◾ Mai Chau Arrival: Arrive in the beautiful valley of Mai Chau, located 145 km from Hanoi. This area is known for its harmonious landscapes, green mountain ranges, rice terraces, and White Thai ethnic villages.
◾ Mai Hich Village: Check in to your accommodation in Mai Hich village and enjoy a delicious lunch cooked by your host.
Afternoon:
◾ Explore Mai Hich: After lunch, set out to explore Mai Hich by walking along the trails and concrete roads. Be captivated by the gorgeous landscapes where villages, rice fields, mountains, and streams blend in perfect harmony. Take the opportunity to communicate with the friendly local people, who are always happy to welcome you into their homes for a cup of tea.
◾ Trek to Xam Khoe: Continue your trek, passing through rice fields and small communities to reach Xam Khoe, a less touristy Thai village. Enjoy the blend of nature's beauty and rich cultural heritage.
Late Afternoon:
◾ Return to Accommodation: At the end of your trek, your driver will pick you up and transfer you back to your accommodation.
Optional Evening:
◾ Traditional Music and Dance Show: For an extra cost of $35 per group, you can enjoy a private traditional music and dance show by local performers. Please ask your guide to reserve if you are interested.

Morning:
◾ Depart from Mai Hich and head directly to Eo Ken, located 30 km away, home to the Muong ethnic community.
◾ Eo Ken Village: Walk down the slope and soak in the spectacular views of Pu Luong Nature Reserve, with its stunning rice terraces and majestic mountains. Visit a Muong ethnic family in Eo Ken village and get a glimpse into their authentic way of life.
◾ Continue your walk through this beautiful landscape, crossing a stream to reach Ban Hang village.
Mid-Morning:
◾ Transfer to Mai Chau: After exploring Ban Hang, you'll be picked up by car and transferred back to Mai Chau for a delicious lunch.
Afternoon:
◾ Journey to Ninh Binh: Depart for Ninh Binh, stopping along the way to meet local people and capture beautiful photos. Arrive in Ninh Binh in the late afternoon and check in to your accommodation.
◾ Note: Trekking shoes are recommended. The walking distance is flexible based on your preference.

◾ Embark on a 15 km bike ride along the dyke, showcasing stunning landscapes of rice fields, a river, and limestone mountains. Make numerous stops for picturesque photos and interactions with locals.
◾ Thung La Temple: Continue your exploration by heading to Thung La Temple, dating back to the 11th century. Don't miss the chance to experience traditional musical instruments integral to the spiritual life of the Vietnamese people.
Mid-Morning:
◾ Van Long Nature Reserve: Take a sampan boat trip along the stream and through the limestone mountains to discover the beauty of Van Long Nature Reserve. If you’re lucky, you might spot white monkeys and egrets on the cliffs.
Afternoon:
◾ Embroidery Village: After the boat trip, visit an embroidery village and participate in an embroidery course under the instruction of local craftswoman, Mrs. Lam. She will proudly explain the techniques of her traditional craft, giving you a chance to practice on fabric like a real craftsman.
◾ Return to Homestay: Leave your bike at the homestay and bid farewell to your host.
Late Afternoon:
◾ Journey Back to Hanoi: Head from Ninh Binh to Hanoi, soaking in the scenic beauty as you traverse the Red River Delta. Enjoy plenty of photo opportunities amidst the lush rice fields and tranquil countryside along the way.
◾ Note: You can choose to cycle one or both ways to Thung La based on your preference.
