Kim Dong historical relic site is located in the complex of Pac Bo special national relic site, Ha Quang district.

Which is a place to remember heroic martyr Kim Dong, the first captain of the Ho Chi Minh Pioneer Youth Team.

The story of May 15, 1941, the day when the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team was established at Po Doi – Thoong Ma, is always kept by Mr. Nong Linh The (grandson of Mr. Kim Dong).

In 1941, Uncle Ho returned to the country and set foot on milestone 108 in Truong Ha commune, Ha Quang district

Mr. Duc Thanh was assigned the task by Uncle Ho, responsible for establishing the Ha Quang Youth Union for National Salvation.

And the founding of the National Salvation Children’s Team.

Accepting the task of Mr. Duc Thanh, Mr. Bat Ngu talked many times with Nong Van Den, a young, smart, agile.

Many times Mr. Bat Ngu asked Den to deliver letters to Mr. Phuc Quoc and Phuc Hung. On May 15, 1941, it was here, at the foot of Thoong Ma mountain, Na Ma village.

There were 5 youth team members who were enlightened and challenged by Mr. Duc Thanh and revolutionary cadres, and established the Children’s Team.

National salvation according to the decision of the Party, and unanimously elected Kim Dong as captain. After the ceremony, the 5 members read the oath: 1. Absolutely loyal to the Party, 2. Keep secret with utmost effort, 3. Captured by the enemy without declaring, 4. Even if he sacrifices himself, he does not betray the people and Revolution.
